The Anderson Center for Hair & Aesthetics is pleased to announce the appointment of Bex Mitchell as our new Practice Administrator. In her role, Bex will oversee operations across both our hair restoration practice and med spa, bringing her considerable experience and expertise to ensure excellence in service delivery and practice management.

Bex’s arrival marks a significant milestone for our team. Her background in operations management and her proven track record in the aesthetic industry position her as an invaluable asset to our practice. At her previous role as Operations Manager at Buckhead Skincare, Bex was instrumental in driving the organization’s growth and enhancing operational efficiencies, experiences we look forward to her replicating and building upon at the Anderson Center.

Before her significant contributions to the aesthetic industry, Bex showcased her versatile skill set in the marketing sector as a Managing Partner at Social Butterfly Marketing. There, she assisted businesses across various industries, including healthcare and retail, in expanding their digital presence and reaching broader audiences. Her co-founding of The Message Works, Inc., further underscores her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to comprehensive business development, from strategic communication to budget management.

Bex’s professional journey began in the financial sector, where she developed a keen eye for detail and exceptional relationship management skills through her roles at Wachovia Bank and Bank of America. These early experiences have given her a robust foundation in customer service and operational leadership, traits that are indispensable in her current role.

Holding a BA in philosophy from Georgia State University, Bex is a proponent of continuous learning and development. Her approach to practice management is informed by a commitment to staying up to date on industry trends and best practices, ensuring our practice not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our clients and staff.
