We are very pleased to announce that Dr. Anderson has once again been featured, for the third year in a row, on Spencer Stevenson’s “The Top 25 Hair Transplant Surgeons in the World” on the website ApetoGentleman. To be included on this list of industry giants once is an honor, but to be recognized again and again is a testament to the devotion and passion Dr. Anderson has for hair restoration and the patients whose lives have been bettered by hair restoration.

Spencer, also known as ‘Spex Hair,’ is an advocate for hair loss sufferers globally. Based on extensive experiences with his own hair loss treatments, Spex shares meaningful knowledge and news with today’s hair restoration consumers. Because of the rise in popularity of hair restoration, there has also been a rise in the number of providers. However, as Spex explains, they are not all created equal.

On his website, Spex discusses how “…the hair loss industry preys on your vulnerability and isolation.” The fact that the industry is littered with less-than-honorable practitioners is part of why it’s so important that Spex provides resources so consumers are able to make decisions based on fact, integrity and truth. Spex explains that the doctors who make his list are those that he would refer to his best friend. You might wonder if the only stipulation is that Spex likes you, but there is far more to his recommendations. Doctors are only included if they adhere to best practices and standards of care promoted by the authorities in the field. Ethical patient care and quality results showing they put patients before profits in action and not just words is also a requirement to be included in this prestigious list.
