To schedule an in-person consultation with Dr. Anderson or Dr. Lee, please call our center during office hours at: (404)256.4247. Due to the Doctor’s surgery schedule, consultation times may vary. If you live out of state, please submit a Virtual Consultation Form, and our center will follow up with you to schedule a phone consult.

We understand your time is valuable. For this reason, the Doctors limit their consultation availability so they have more time to spend with each patient. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to ensure the availability of the time you need.
**To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. There is NO holding fee. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to your credit card on file.
Cancellations
In the event you cannot make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give us a 48-hour notice. As a courtesy, we will provide you with a confirmation text/call 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. At this time, if you need to reschedule, you may do so.
Arrival
We’re aware traffic in Atlanta is a challenge! Consultations are limited, and scheduled back to back, so please plan ahead to arrive on time. New patients should arrive 15 minutes early in order to fill out paperwork. We ask that if you are running late, you give us a courtesy call to inform us prior to your appointment time. If you are 20 minutes late or more, we will not be able to accommodate your original scheduled appointment, and will have to schedule you for a new appointment time.
